All-Inclusive Tuition

At Busy Bees, we believe childcare should be simple and stress-free for families. Our tuition is an all-inclusive rate, meaning there are no surprise fees for the everyday extras. Your tuition includes meals and snacks, age-appropriate activities, crafts, outdoor play, field trips, cirriculum and all the little experiences that make our days together special. We want you to know exactly what you’re paying for while your child gets to enjoy a fun, nurturing, and engaging day with us!

Meals (Breakfast, Lunch & Snack)

We take the hassle out of packing food! At Busy Bees, all meals, snacks, and beverages are provided as part of your tuition. We offer a variety of kid-friendly options throughout the day to help keep little bodies fueled, happy, and ready to learn and play. Families can feel confident knowing their child has nutritious meals, snacks, and drinks available throughout their day with us.

Adventures + Field Trips

At Busy Bees, learning doesn’t stop at our front door! We love giving our children opportunities to explore, discover, and make memories through fun field trips and special outings. From splash pads and parks to pumpkin patches, seasonal activities, and community adventures, we believe these experiences help children learn about the world around them while having lots of fun along the way. Field trips and outings are included in your tuition, so families can enjoy these special experiences without worrying about additional costs.

Birthday Celebrations

Birthdays are a big deal at Busy Bees! We love making each child feel extra special on their big day and celebrating another year of growing, learning, and making memories. We’ll celebrate with a special birthday treat, a present, fun activities, and lots of smiles from their Busy Bees friends. Birthday celebrations are included in your tuition, because every child deserves to feel celebrated and loved on their special day!

Arts, Crafts & Early Learning

At Busy Bees, creativity and learning go hand in hand! Our days are filled with fun, hands-on arts and crafts, sensory activities, music, stories, and age-appropriate learning experiences that encourage children to explore and express themselves. Once children reach age 3, we begin incorporating a more structured preschool curriculum designed to build important skills for kindergarten, including early literacy, numbers, letters, shapes, colors, problem-solving, and social-emotional development. We keep learning fun, engaging, and play-based so children can grow and learn at their own pace while still enjoying being little!

Cameras + Security

At Busy Bees Cottage Care, the safety and well-being of every child is one of our highest priorities. As an added layer of safety and security, I have cameras located throughout the indoor and outdoor areas of the daycare.

Cameras for Safety, Not Live Viewing

Our cameras are primarily used as a safety and security tool. They allow me to help monitor the environment, review incidents when necessary, and provide an additional layer of protection for the children in my care.

Cameras are not available for parents to watch in real time. This helps protect the privacy of all children and families while still allowing the cameras to serve their important safety purpose.

The cameras may be reviewed when needed for situations such as:

Safety concerns or incidents
Accidents or injuries
Questions about an event that occurred during care
Security concerns
Reviewing situations to help ensure the well-being of the children

My goal is to create a safe, comfortable, and nurturing environment where children can learn and play while also giving families peace of mind knowing that additional safety measures are in place.

At Busy Bees Cottage Care, We believe communication with families is an important part of creating strong, trusting relationships between home and daycare. That’s why we use Brightwheel as our main family communication and management platform.

Communication — Message Miss Jaimee directly through Brightwheel with questions, updates, reminders, or anything I need to know about your child.
Billing & Tuition — View invoices, make tuition payments, and keep track of your daycare account right through the app.
Digital Forms & Paperwork — Complete enrollment forms, permissions, agreements, and other required paperwork digitally, making the enrollment process simple and convenient.
Announcements & Reminders — Receive important daycare updates, reminders, schedules, and announcements in one place.
